I hope that your experience with Beau Blushes is enjoyable. I pride myself on providing a quality service for all of my clients. If however, you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your experience or treatment, please contact me with your concerns. I will endeavor to rectify them quickly and sensitively.

Terms and Conditions 

Children:

Children under 16 cannot be treated without parental consent. Consent forms are available for parents/guardians to sign.

Cancellations:

Where possible, please give 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Beau Blushes reserves the right to make a 50% charge for cancellations made after this time.

 In the event of an accident, severe illness or adverse weather conditions affecting my ability to carry out your appointment, I will rearrange your appointment free of charge. If you have booked a makeup appointment for a special occasion, and I am unable to get to you, I will refund 100% of the fee.

If at any time you or a member of your group behaves inappropriately or abusively (verbally or physically), your appointment will be cut short and you will not be refunded. Further action will be taken where necessary. 

Payment:

Payments must be made either before, or during your appointment. Cheques are accepted for weddings only.

Packages and courses of treatments must be paid in full before they commence. They are non-transferable and non-refundable. Failure to give 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in session being deducted from course total.

 Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Weddings

Makeup Consultations:

I will not apply makeup to a bride on their wedding day unless they have had a consultation with me. Consultations are not a requirement for the bridal party, although they are strongly advised.

 The Wedding Day:

After a successful consultation, a non-refundable deposit must be paid if you would like me to return on your wedding day. This deposit will be 50% of your wedding day fee, and will secure your date. The remainder of the fee must be paid in full fourteen days before your wedding.

 Cancellations:

All deposits are non-refundable after 7 days. Cancellations within 14 days of the wedding day will be charged 75% of the total fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the wedding will be charged 100% of the total fee. Cancellations must be made in writing via letter or email, after which you will receive written confirmation of your cancellation and any cancellation charges that have been levied.

In the event of an accident, severe illness or adverse weather conditions affecting myself getting to you on your wedding day, I will try to find a replacement makeup artist, who will be able to replicate your makeup look using my notes and photos.  In the event that I cannot find anyone to cover me, then I would refund 100% of the wedding day fee. I cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by events beyond my control.
